2. Description of Service
Forged Songs is an AI-powered songwriting tool that generates original song lyrics, refines user-provided lyrics with controlled preservation, evaluates lyric quality, and provides production-ready style prompts. The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist in creative songwriting, including both original creation and improvement of existing drafts.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Intellectual Property
Lyrics generated or refined through the Service are provided for your personal and commercial use. You retain ownership of any original prompts, ideas, lyrics, or content you provide, including drafts submitted for refinement. The Service, its design, code, and branding remain the intellectual property of Forged Songs.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: generating harmful, illegal, or hateful content; attempting to reverse-engineer the AI systems; circumventing usage limits; or using the Service for spam or automated bulk generation.
6. Service Availability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific AI output quality, or that generated lyrics will be free of similarity to existing works.
7. Limitation of Liability
Forged Songs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
